Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped (118 ml)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped (59.1 ml)
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano (4.9 ml)
- 1 tsp salt (4.9 ml)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (4.9 ml)
- 1 tsp black pepper (4.9 ml)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (59.1 ml)
- 1/3 cup olive oil (78.9 ml)
Instructions
- Combine onion, cilantro, garlic, oregano, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a food processor. Process until finely minced.\n2. Add red wine vinegar and slowly drizzle in olive oil while processing. \n3. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before serving. This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
