Ingredients
- 3 strips of bacon
- 1 tbsp pure chipotle chili powder (14.8 ml)
- 1/2 cup flaky sea salt (e.g., Maldon) (118 ml)
Instructions
- Fry bacon over moderately high heat until crisp but not burnt; drain and cool.
- Finely chop bacon and combine with chipotle powder and salt.
- Store in airtight container in a cool, dark place or refrigerator; bring to room temperature before serving.
