All-Purpose Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until emulsified. (Alternatively, whisk vigorously by hand.)
