All-Purpose Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar (78.9 ml)
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (78.9 ml)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (22.2 ml)
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp kosher salt (9.9 ml)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil (355 ml)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until emulsified. (Alternatively, whisk vigorously by hand.)
