Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (14.8 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (4.9 ml)
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour (946 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (355 ml)
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter (grate frozen)
  • 1 cup add-ins (fruit) (237 ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Grate frozen butter into mixture.
  2. Add cream and fold in fruit.
  3. Shape and bake at 350°F until golden.
