Ingredients

- 1 cup water or plant-based milk (such as almond milk or coconut milk)
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Combine turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger in a saucepan. Add water or milk.\n2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly.\n3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until flavors have melded.\n4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a mug.\n5. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
