French Blue's Scones

Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, cold
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 1-2 cups fruit
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a Cuisinart; blend.
- Cube the butter and pulse until the size of peas.
- Pour into bowl and fold in fruit.
- Mix eggs and cream; fold into flour mixture.
- Cut into triangles, place on lined/greased sheet.
- Brush with cream, sprinkle sugar. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
