- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk (414 ml)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled (118 ml)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (9.9 ml)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.\n2. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.\n3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk gently until just combined. (Lumps are okay.)\n4. Cook waffles in a preheated waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
