Pa amb Tomaquet (Bread with Tomato)

Ingredients

  • Rustic bread, sliced into 1.5cm pieces
  • Ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Toast both sides of the bread.
  2. Cut a garlic clove in half and rub over the entire surface of the bread.
  3. Rub ripe cherry tomatoes over the bread, from center to edges.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle flaky salt over the top.
